She has all the upgrades and features that work perfectly including: 12000 BTU dual A/C & heating, secondary cabin resistive heating, 3kw genset, 120/12v refrigerator, pressurized fresh water system with 20 gallon hot water tank, vacuum cleaning system, vacu-flush, helm-controlled search light, dual fuel stove, microwave, transom shower, etc. In addition to these standard features there have been many new upgrades and replacements including: new fresh water pump, new A/C cooling pump, replaced all incandescent lights with LED lighting,newly rebuilt windlass motor and switch, Furuno 2Kw high definition radar with MFD8 NavNet 3D data display system (paid $5K), Furuno GPS (GP330B), DFF1 NavNet Sounder with dual frequency fish finder with dual frequency Triducer, two stereo systems with multi-media system and 22 inch flat screen display including HD-TV tuner and Blu-ray player, 1Kw inverter, 4 new Optima Bluetop M-class batteries ( 2 engine-2 house), one season on two coats of Trilux antifouling paint.
